Carbon Force

The Carbon Force Series brings an iconic carbon insert concept down to fingerboard scale, combining classic skate inspiration with the handmade construction and feel of an ABC Deck.

Each Carbon Force is built from five premium maple plies, dyed in-house and hydraulically pressed in our CNC-machined mold. Individually cut and finished carbon fiber discs are precisely set into the bottom ply, creating exposed carbon inserts beneath a carefully aligned real-wear graphic.

Inspired by the carbon impact technology found in classic skate decks, the Carbon Force is our miniature take on a design that stood out both visually and technically. Every deck requires additional cutting, sanding, drilling, and alignment to bring the concept to fingerboard scale while maintaining the shape and feel of an ABC Deck.

The real-wear graphic is designed to naturally wear with use, gradually exposing more of the construction underneath and giving each deck its own character over time.

Because every deck is handmade and requires several additional production steps, this increased inventory may add a few extra days to some order processing.
