Carbon Thin

The Carbon Thin is built around a simple idea: less wood, less weight, without sacrificing the stability and durability you expect from a traditional deck.

Instead of a standard five-ply construction, Carbon Thin uses just four plies — three randomly selected dyed wood plies paired with a genuine 0.5mm carbon fiber bottom ply. Removing the traditional fifth wood ply creates a thinner, lightweight feel, while the strength and rigidity of the carbon fiber bottom helps counter the reduced wood construction, keeping the deck stable, durable, and responsive.

The raw woven carbon fiber gives every Carbon Thin a sleek, industrial finish, but one of its most unique details stays hidden until the light hits it. Each bottom ply features a laser-engraved graphic that subtly exposes the raw carbon fibers beneath the surface. From most angles, the design nearly disappears into the weave — tilt the deck into the light and the graphic reveals itself, creating a hidden, almost secret design within the carbon.

Each deck is finished with three randomly selected dyed wood plies, giving every Carbon Thin its own unique ply combination.
